About Me

“Education is the kindling of a flame, not the filling of a vessel.” – Socrates

My Mission

To grow always. I commit myself to continuous learning in all facets of my life. This means connecting with people and listening to their wisdom and venturing out to experience all that I can while applying strong introspection skills.

To show compassion. I believe we must love one another’s humanity and provide each other the respect and dignity we deserve. This means we must forgive each other, allow people to grow themselves, and provide opportunities for one another to contribute.

To do my best. I live at the limit of my capacity to try. I am dedicated to creating positive personal changes and waking up a better version of myself every day.

As a professional, these values translate into a dedicated work ethic and strong interpersonal communication skills. I own my mistakes and learn from them, share my knowledge with others and ask for help when I need it, and remain honest and positive within my professional relationships.

Personally

I grew up in a small town called Washougal Washington, just outside of Vancouver. There I made many life-long friends and learned the values that are most important to me: caring for my family, enjoying life, and learning as much as I can.

My personal goals include doing a lot of travelling and learning about foreign culture, creating music and art myself, and becoming a loving and compassionate man. Someday, a father too.

Engineering is a form of creation. It’s a career that allows me to utilize the skills I’ve learned and apply my creativity and curiosity. I hope someday to be on the cutting edge of new technology, developing new communication solutions to make the world more automated and efficient.
