ATUS Software Services
I am currently working as a Research Assistant for Western's ATUS Software Services. My duties in this position include distributing software to WWU faculty, staff, and students and documenting data as well as answering phone queries and emails. This job has given me the necessary experience to become proficient with using Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Sheri's Sweet Shoppe
Over the summers of 2014-2016, I worked in Sheri's Sweet Shoppe in Wintrhop, Washington. Here, completed jobs involving scooping ice cream, operating the cash register, weighing and bagging homemade candy/chocolate, restocking candy displays, and other duties as necessary. Excellent customer service was an important characteristic to possess while working here.
Bird's English Garden and Nursery
Throughout my high school career, I helped in our family owned nurery where my duties included customer service, operating the cash register, answering phone queries, creating displays, propagating seedlings, watering plants, and other general nursery duties.
