Why do I enjoy taking on Leadership Positions?

I’ve always naturally took on leadership roles throughout my life, whether it was being a soccer team captain or taking on a problem at work. Leadership positions excite me because it gives you the opportunity to take a given job description and make it your own. I think this position especially excites me because it isn’t just being a leader by yourself, this is being a leader on a team. This means practicing communication and problem-solving skills not only with the members of our club, but with our “co-workers”, too.
