Campaign Field Supervisor

Campaign field organizers work on a grassroots level building a network to attract individual votes. Field organizers run local campaign offices, coordinate and train volunteers, distribute campaign materials, and network with other campaigns and causes. They arrange neighborhood canvassing efforts and visibility events, such as groups of volunteers holding campaign signs at busy traffic intersections. Field organizers are typically responsible for voter registration drives and get-out-the-vote efforts, and they spend election day ensuring supporters have rides to the polls. For people launching professional campaign careers, field organizing is often an entry point into the industry.
