
The Porch was founded on the philosophy of enjoyment for food and company. We strive to bring together the community via good drinks and world class food.

Our founder is former chef turn master brewer then entrepreneur. He hails from Bavaria and imports his unique style of cooking and tradtional hoppy beers.

We believe in using only the highest quality ingredients. Our hops, along with most of our meats, are certified organic. While we import some of our hops for our distinct beers we believe in supporting the community, buy and using local Washington hops from the Yakima valley.

The Porch supports Washgton's wildlife and the preservation of natural resources. We have built our business using green technology and eco friendly practices including solar power, reusing grey water and banning plasticware.
