During my internship with FujiFlim Sonosite, one of the projects I worked on was a uid lung monitor that uses ultrasound technology to monitor patients with lung disease by detecting the change of uid volume in a patients’ lung.

Dr. O is an experienced pulmonologist. Recently he was told by a patient that he is constantly coughing and occasionally feels like he is suffocating. Dr. O immediately performed a chest scan of the patient and found no abnormality with his lung. Dr.O is afraid that this patient is developing a pulmonary edema and needs a “smart wet lung detecting” device that can monitor and detect if there are any abnormalities...




在暑假实习期间,我有幸加入了富士胶片索诺声超声波的设计团队。实习期间,我在帮助设计团队设计新品的同时也完成了一个个人的项目。项目主体是轻便式肺积水超声波检测仪。

设想欧医生是一名肺脏专家,近期他的一名病人告知他他有时会感到胸腔阵痛,有时会剧烈咳嗽。欧医生立刻给病人做了一次胸腔超声波检测,但没有发现什么异常。欧医生担心病人随时会有肺积水的风险,但又不知道什么时候会发作。他在想如果有一台检测仪可以随时监测病人的病情并且实时报告给他就好了。。。

I used virtual reality to view my initial 3d CAD model and get a sense of my form and dimension constrains. To save space, I experimented with locating the I/O ports on the stand. After many iterations, I chose a nal design.


将3d模型带入虚拟现实的表现手法,我进一步的确定了机体的大致形状。在确定具体尺寸之前,虚拟现实让我有对其尺寸的大概感知。对于机体背部的处理,我选择了将接口和指甲相结合的手法,不仅部分遮挡了繁琐的接口,额切省下了一些空间。
