Like any other large institution, Western Washington University has a bureaucratic administration and (as any historian, archivist, and records manager knows) bureaucracy means paperwork. The following are the various forms you'll need to fill out while you're here.
- The Graduate Plan of Study details all of the classes you are planning to take in the Graduate Program. Because plans always change and sometimes classes get cancelled or added, you can deviate from the Plan of Study, but you will need to fill out a new Plan of Study and submit it to the Graduate Program Supervisor.
- The Graduation Form is necessary for students who are preparing to graduate that year.
- Reimbursement forms are submitted to the Department of History office with either Willie or Jenny. If you use your own personal funds for HGA, SAA, or Graduate School purposes, you can get reimbursed. Be sure to check with Willie or Jenny before you spend your money to make sure it actually falls under the right category for reimbursement.
