Our Story
Scoop and Sip was founded in 2015 by three young ambitious college graduates; Jenna Smith, Lila Johnson, and Emma Rockwell. Theses young women came up with the idea of an Ice Cream Shop/Bar combo as a revolutionary way to bring two great things into one place. The heart of downtown Bellingham, WA was the perfect place for this business to begin. After a few years of planning the shop launched and was an immediate succes. There are now four locations in the Pacific North West, and more on the way.

Lila Johnson Lila is a Bellingham native and graduated from culinary school at Bellingham Technical College in 2013. Lila lives with her husband and two kids who serve as our primary ice cream taste testers! She now works as the lead flavor creator/cocktail creator at Scoop and Sip. |

Jenna Smith After graduating from Washington State University with degrees in Marketing and Design, Jenna moved to Bellingham where she met Lila and Emma. She now serves as the Marketing manager for Scoop and Sip and |

Emma Rockwell Emma graduated from Western Washington University with a degree in Business Administration. Western brought her to Bellingham from her home in New York City. Emma is now our administration and expansion coordinator and is working on our newest location, to be a announced soon! |
