A: We try to give an approximate waiting period before the photos and DVD discs to arrive by mail. We can also send the files via email if you prefer that.

Q: What happens if we show up to the location on time, but you show up late?

A: If that happens, we will take additional photos, and we will allow you to choose up to 10 complimentary photos to make up for our tardiness.
