Skookum Kids, Feb. 2017 - Present

I serve as the subject matter expert for Virtuous CRM. I am responsible for tracking all donor communications, creating reports and building system automations. I also track and report on KPI statuses. I am responsible for all social media analytics and reports.

Janicki Industries, June 2017 - Sept. 2017

Here I was trained on the enterprise resource planning system, SAP. I also created Excel report templates for HR to keep track of participation in employee program.

Western Washington University, March 2017

I worked with a teammate to create a Python program that read tweet data and presented the results in a color-coded map. I've also pulled and analyzed data regarding downtown Bellingham economic health. I have also completed multiple projects requiring coding for content analysis.

I analyzed past and present engagement on all social media channels, produced graphs and charts explaining the data and presented the results to the team.

Redeemer Church, Dec. 2016

I managed a project that coded for content analysis about 300 surveys and produced charts and graphs to aid the church leadership in understanding the results.

Compass 2 Campus (C2C), Sept. 2015 - Feb. 2017

At C2C I managed the input of all mentor and employee hour data (about 1000 entries per year). I also managed the coding of hundreds of surveys for content analysis. I served as the primary resource for assistance in Excel for the organization.

North Atlantic Regional High School (NARHS), Sept. 2014 - Sept. 2015

This was both my first job and the place I discovered I loved working in data bases. At NARHS I worked as the registrar's assistant. I kept accurate records of all transcript requests.
